You exist simultaneously on multiple planes and timelines and dimensions (and however many layers you want to break it down).
For simplicity, we will focus on the 3 major planes of existence.
Mind - Body - Soul.
Mind
Mental: World of thoughts, perceptions, ideas, concepts 🌐
Mental activity which is expressed digitally
Digitalis are your fingers 🖐🏽 and now other devices, which are used to record information, write (books) and type (computers) ✍️🖥️
Digital expression is located at the extremities of your body (hands, fingers… toes, ears, nose, mouth) the connectors to the external physical world
Digital expression is now synonymous with numbers and computers, and Artificial Intelligence, as we continue to evolve & expand our mental expression
This is why society and life is primarily perceived as a mental game
But it is only one part of the equation
Body
Physical: World of nature and form, physical beings

Nature is perfect. All things are perfectly encoded from inception. Each seed of creation has a unique blueprint for how it will grow 🌰🧬
Nature is mostly out of your control. Although all things can be influenced, interfered, or effected by external causes and forces… the core internal energy remains the same 🏵️ (soul)
Changes and growth occur in a predetermined timeline
Trust in your natural progression
Soul
Spiritual: World of feelings, intuition, imagination, possibility, desires, energy, presence, unknown 🌌
Omnipresent life force
Connection through living, movement, stillness, practice, ritual, anything!
Perception of the spiritual world is often experienced symbolically, through dreams, and intuitive sensing ☯️
Useful for developing understanding, gaining clarity, unlocking creativity, feeling alive & connected 🌞
*Awareness
All activity happens simultaneously in the present moment that is experienced now.
Your mental activity occurs in the digital dimension 🌐
Your physical activity occurs in the natural dimension 🌳
Your soul activity occurs in the spiritual dimension 🏵️
Your awareness activity (= function to experience life) occurs in the unified / universal / one dimension.
This is perceived as normal, everyday life ☀️
